Hi Sam
Just a quick note to thank you for the delicious food you made for my party. Everyone enjoyed all the dishes especially the mini Yorkshires. Also people commented how different the dishes were and I am more than sure you will be asked to cater again here in Woodbridge. The cake was so beautiful - I have never seen such a cake with lovely shoes and bags. It tasted really yummy and friends had some to take home.
The party went on until the small hours with lots of dancing. I had a lovely time and could relax as I knew that everyone was well fed.

Thanks once again for yet another fine culinary effort on Wednesday. Given the appalling weather that the customers endured up on deck, it came as a great relief to all of them that they were able to head below for a seamless supply of tea and coffee and of course the finest breakfast-in-a-bun one will ever have. We really are indebted to you for helping to make our trips so memorable.
